These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Caregiver") and Mohamed Samy Ali, an independent developer and sole proprietor ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the MedReminder web application and automated calling service (the "Service").
By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
MedReminder is a lifestyle and wellness utility designed strictly to assist users in maintaining consistency with daily routines through automated voice reminders.
MEDREMINDER IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, PHARMACY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, CLINICAL SYSTEM, OR EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
MedReminder is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" best-effort basis as a secondary lifestyle routine check-in aid. You acknowledge that call delivery depends on third-party telecommunications networks outside our control. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE FOR CRITICAL, HIGH-RISK, OR LIFE-SUSTAINING MEDICATION SCHEDULES. IN AN EMERGENCY, CALL EMERGENCY SERVICES (E.G. 911, 999, 123) IMMEDIATELY.
Examples of Use: Reminders may include medication prompts, routine check-ins, meditation sessions, lab test appointments, or general wellness habits.
User Discretion: You acknowledge that the Service is a secondary reminder tool and should never be used as the sole or primary method for managing life-critical medical needs.
Automated voice reminders rely on third-party telecommunications carriers, cellular networks, and PSTN infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely delivery of calls. We hold zero liability for carrier line blocks, busy signals, spam filtering, cellular tower outages, or recipient device power loss.
Our order process is conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the legal entity responsible for payment processing and global tax compliance.
Modifications to Pricing: We reserve the right to modify our pricing and subscription models at any time. Any such changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We will provide you with at least two (2) days' advance notice of any price or model changes via email or through a notification within the Service.
If you use the Service to manage reminders for another individual (the "Patient"), you represent and warrant that you have obtained their explicit, written authorization to provide their contact information and schedule calls to their device.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROVIDER (MOHAMED SAMY ALI) OR ITS OPERATING PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, ADVERSE HEALTH OUTCOMES, OR DEATH ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE.
